Hi, I've been gettng BSOD Kernal Security Check Failure lately. I have tried to to Check Disk for repairs and been still receiving errors. I've started with a Fresh install of Windows 8 and upgrade directly to Windows 10. Any help would be. Is there a compatibility issue between Windows 10 1903 and AMD display drivers? I keep on experiencing this blinking issue (includes the Task Manager) after my PC got updated to 1903. This never occurred before. In other words, you can be ballin' on a budget! Since this is an APU, the processor handles the graphics too -- no need to buy a separate graphics card. The graphics are fairly future-proof too, offering DirectX 12 support for Windows 10. Of course, this would be a good choice for Windows 7 and 8.1 too.
